Mission Statement
The International Youth and Environmental Development Group(I.Y.E.D.G) is a non-profit, multinational organization whose purpose is to build, foster and hone the intellectual/martial prowess of the next generation. Our goal is to invest in H.C.I. (Human Capital Index) the basic building block of societies. We aim to guide and assist in the development of institutions to help build a better foundation for the less fortunate youth by instilling the virtues of cooperation in areas such as academia, brotherhood and selfless service.
Our mission statement emphasizes two interconnected and mutually reinforcing objectives: the agricultural development and reforestation of damaged lands and the fostering of resilient societies capable of unlocking their educational, economical, and environmental potential. We firmly assert that fostering inclusive and sustainable growth, advocating for free, peaceful, and self-sufficient societies supported by competent and legitimate governance, enhancing human capital, and establishing social safety nets that extend to the most impoverished and vulnerable populations.
Resilient societies go beyond maintaining stability; they play a crucial role in upholding the momentum of development. Such societies exhibit widespread economic growth, cultivate healthy, well-nourished, and educated populations, and prioritize environmental sustainability. They champion human rights, endeavor to advance freedom, human dignity, and development, and possess the capacity to manage conflict, mitigate the impact of natural disasters, and prevent crises that could otherwise reverse developmental achievements.
At the heart of our mission lies a profound dedication to collaborating as partners in nurturing sustainable development. Rather than imposing, we aim to strengthen and provide support through cooperation. We collaborate closely with those we aim to assist, as well as with others dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable..
